This guide details the location and use of the Weird Flower Artifact within Stalker 2's challenging Poppy Field anomaly.

Locating the Weird Flower

The Weird Flower is nestled in the northern section of the Poppy Field. Navigate past the central L-shaped structure. Be warned: the field's effects induce drowsiness and hallucinations; stock up on Non-Stop Energy Drinks for survival. The artifact manifests as a small, blue flower on the ground.

Utilizing the Weird Flower

Equip the Weird Flower in your Artifact slot (located above the Quick Access section). The number of equippable Artifacts depends on your gear; early-game players typically have only one slot.

The Weird Flower provides a temporary stealth bonus, but only after sleeping while equipped. A convenient sleeping spot is located in a side room at the Trader's in the Lesser Zone. Note that sleeping may advance the in-game time significantly.

Practical Considerations

The Weird Flower's utility is somewhat limited due to the scarcity of sleeping locations in the game. Its stealth benefit may not outweigh alternative strategies for many players. Selling it to a trader is a viable option.
