Before tackling the Bull Mural, players must Pack-a-Punch their weapon and eliminate a Shock Mimic to acquire a Monocle – a prerequisite for the Ice Staff assembly. With the Monocle secured, head to the rightmost section of the Tomb area, where you'll find purple lanterns.
