Upgrades

This game is primarily free to play, but you can upgrade to enhance your experience. Choose which side to join and how much territory to start with. Unleash your creativity with fantasy battles between any two cultures, engaging as many warriors as your device can handle. You can even customize every character in the game, though be aware that the game features up to 1,000 characters that are regularly updated.

Controls

When controlling a specific character, you have two options: the "Classic" one-handed control system or "Dual Wield," where each hand is controlled independently. If you're new to these control methods, you can pause the game at any time by hitting the dateline and review the "Controls" guide. Keep an eye out for in-game hints from scrolls or books you can read.

You can switch which team member you're controlling by tapping their health meter or pointing directly at them on the battlefield. To enter "Commander" mode, tap the arrows at the bottom of the screen, allowing you to direct any active member of your team by swiping from their current position to another. Whether you want them to move, fight an enemy, or pick up an object, they'll interpret your commands, though they may have other priorities to consider!

No matter your device or control method, you can always zoom in or out by pinching the center of the screen.

Map

In the main "Campaign" mode, your goal is to expand your territory by moving units from one area to any connected one. You can either "fortify" an existing territory or attempt to seize a rival's land. Remember, only 50% of the units in a territory can travel, making invasion more challenging than defense.

The population of any inhabited territory may increase after each round, so controlling multiple territories is crucial. Units will also heal gradually over time, so it's wise to rotate through different locations each turn.

Performance

This is the largest scale game I've created, and it may require a high-end device to run smoothly at 100%. To optimize performance, consider keeping the "Population" setting low to reduce the number of characters on screen, or adjust other features in the "Display" options.
