DICE Awards 2025: Complete Winners List

The 28th D.I.C.E. Awards have arrived, celebrating the pinnacle of video game excellence from 2024 across 23 categories. Astro Bot emerged as the star of the night, clinching the coveted Game of the Year award, along with accolades for Outstanding Achievement in Animation, Outstanding Technical Achievement, Family Game of the Year, and Outstanding Achievement in Game Design. This remarkable sweep underscores Astro Bot's exceptional quality and innovation in the gaming world.

Helldivers 2 also shone brightly, securing four awards, including Outstanding Achievement in Original Music Composition, Outstanding Achievement in Audio Design, Action Game of the Year, and Online Game of the Year. Not far behind, both Balatro and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle each took home three wins, highlighting their significant impact on the industry.

In addition to recognizing the best games, the D.I.C.E. Awards honored two industry pioneers. The former Executive Vice President of Operations for Nintendo of America received the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to the company and his support for the Starlight Children's Foundation. Meanwhile, Ted Price, the founder and president of Insomniac Games, was inducted into the Hall of Fame. As he recently announced his retirement, this award celebrates his three decades of leadership at Insomniac Games and his advocacy for video game creators' First Amendment rights.
