Rinascita is a treasure trove of discoveries, and among the most intriguing are the puzzles scattered throughout. Morph Paintings are central to two types of puzzles: Overflowing Palettes and straightforward restoration tasks. These Morph Painting Restoration puzzles are not only simple but also highly rewarding, offering valuable resources like Astrites in Wuthering Waves. Let's dive into how these puzzles function, their locations, and the steps to solve them.

Restoring Morph Paintings in Wuthering Waves

Restoring Morph Paintings is a straightforward process that involves finding and correctly placing the paintings on their designated pedestals. Each pedestal comes with a descriptive clue about the painting it requires. Once you identify the matching portrait, use your Levitator utility to position it correctly. The game usually switches to the Levitator automatically, but you can manually equip it by pressing Tab/D-Pad Left if needed.

Currently, there are two such paintings in the game, linked to the Shadow of the Towers: Resounding Rise and Trials of Old quests.

Shadow of the Towers: Resounding Rise Morph Painting Puzzle

As part of the Shadows of the Past questline in Wuthering Waves, players will explore the three towers in Thorncrown - Thessaleo Falls. Resounding Rise houses a Morph Painting puzzle, which you can solve by following these steps, using the large painting in the middle as a reference point:

• Swap the paintings in the front-left and back-right positions.
• Move the painting located behind the left pedestals to the back-left position.
• Shift the painting behind the chairs on the right to the front-right position.

Upon completing the puzzle, a chest will materialize, allowing you to continue with the quest.

Trials of Old Morph Painting Puzzle

The Trials of Old quest requires you to conquer four different trials near Porto-Veno Castle in the eastern part of Thessaleo Fells. Within the Trial of Wisdom, you'll encounter another Morph Painting puzzle. The goal is to arrange the paintings on the pedestals to narrate a coherent story from left to right. The solution is illustrated in the image above.

A handy tip: if the painting frame lights up after placement, you've chosen correctly. This visual cue can help you solve the puzzle more efficiently.
