Application Description

eKavach, a Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CPHC) mobile application, has been launched and deployed by the National Health Mission (NHM), Uttar Pradesh. The app is specifically designed for frontline health workers such as ASHA workers, ANMs (Auxiliary Nurse Midwives), ASHA Sanginis, and CHOs (Community Health Officers). Built on Argusoft's open-source and DPG (Digital Public Good)-certified platform, MEDPlat, eKavach streamlines healthcare delivery through a well-defined digital workflow.

The application supports end-to-end management of key health services including Family Folder, RMCH+ (Reproductive, Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health Plus), NCD (Non-Communicable Diseases), Nutrition, and more. It enables efficient service delivery, patient tracking, and seamless referrals, enhancing the overall effectiveness of public health initiatives in the state.

This latest release includes minor bug fixes and performance improvements to ensure smoother operation and enhanced user experience.
