To ensure compatibility and optimal performance, please note the following requirements:

• Compatible with Alfen’s Eve Single S-line and Eve Single Pro-line EV charging stations
• Requires NG Firmware 6.3 or a higher version
• Both the charging station and your mobile device must be connected to the same LAN network via an ethernet cable between the router and the charging station
• A first-time login password is required for the charging station
• An Active Load Balancing (ALB) license is necessary if you wish to utilize solar charging
