The map is hidden within Emerald Stair, a key location in Avowed. Specifically, it's located inside a house at the northeast edge of Coastal Farms. This sizable house sits before a rocky outcrop. Prepare for a fight; numerous enemies guard the house's exterior.
The front door is locked, so you'll need to find an alternative entrance. Circle around the right side of the house to discover a walkway leading to an accessible back door. Inside, the treasure map is displayed prominently on an easel, awaiting your discovery.
With the map in hand, journey to the western bank of the river, southwest of Fior mes Iverno, to unearth the treasure. Your reward? The Painter's Brush, a unique trinket that boosts your critical hit chance by 5%, providing a significant advantage in combat.
