• NOTIFICATION ACCESS: Required to display real-time notifications on your lock screen.
• READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Needed to download additional wallpapers and themes.
• DRAW_OVER OTHER APPS: Ensures the lock screen and notification panels appear above all other applications.
• BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE: Allows the app to draw over the home screen and status bar. This permission is only used to enable visual enhancements and does not collect or transmit any personal data.
