The app goes beyond just suggestions—you can actively participate in engaging, fun, and simple trackers designed to keep you motivated on your wellness journey.

By integrating with the Health Connect app, the My Health Portal App offers a seamless experience by syncing data from your connected devices. For instance, if you're participating in a running tracker, simply authorize access to your Health Connect account, and your running data will automatically sync with the tracker when you launch the app. This integration ensures that your progress is always up-to-date and accurately reflected in real-time.

Please note that the My Health Portal App may be made available through your employer’s health and well-being program as a voluntary tool. Your privacy is a top priority—your data remains fully confidential at all times.
