The My VIDA app serves as an integral part of this ecosystem, enhancing your journey from ownership and beyond. It seamlessly connects to your vehicle's functionalities, allowing you to manage them remotely over WiFi, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), and Cloud connectivity.

The My VIDA app offers a range of connectivity features. Over WiFi, you can enjoy Turn-By-Turn navigation, hands-free call management, missed call alerts, SMS alerts, and monitor your phone's network, battery, and connection status with the app. Through Cloud connectivity, the app provides remote immobilization, live tracking, the ability to share your scooter's location, detailed trip analysis, emergency alerts for panic, theft, battery removal, fall down, and accidents, geofencing, incognito mode, custom driving modes, and over-the-air (OTA) updates. Using BLE, you can lock/unlock your vehicle, turn the ignition on/off, open the boot, and use the "Ping my Scooter" feature to locate it.

Additionally, the app allows you to schedule and manage charging at your nearest charging station, plan your commute and navigation in advance, and request service experiences at home, on the road, or at a service station.
