DanMachi Battle Chronicle Reaches End of Service
The 3D action RPG DanMachi Battle Chronicle (officially titled Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? Battle Chronicle) will be shutting down permanently, developer Aiming confirmed today.
Key Shutdown Dates
The game's final day of operation will be September 29, 2025. Following this date:
- The game will be removed from all platforms (Google Play Store, App Store, PC)
- All customer support services will terminate
- Refund requests for Paid Selas will be accepted until December 28, 2025
Important milestones before shutdown:
- July 30: Last day for Selas purchases
- July 31: Official Discord server closure
- Late July: Community mission removal
Offline Version Details
A limited offline version will be available exclusively for Japanese players:
- Release platforms: Android and iOS
- Feature-limited compared to live version
- Partial progress transfer permitted
Final Anniversary Celebration
Before closing its doors:
- The game will host its second anniversary celebration starting July 30
- Event features original storyline content
- Special limited-edition Scene Card reward
- Event PV releasing July 21
Note: No quests or rankings will be available during the final event.
Series Context
This marks the second DanMachi mobile title to sunset, following DanMachi Memoria Freese's closure after seven years in February 2024.
Players can download DanMachi Battle Chronicle from the Google Play Store until September 29, 2025.
