Hill Troll Location in Rune Slayer

**The Hill Troll is hidden in a cave on the side of the mountain in Bahlgar.** The most straightforward route to reach this location is by taking the elevator in Lakeshire down to Bahlgar. Once there, instead of heading towards the Beastmen, stick close to the mountain's wall and continue around it. You'll pass **two platinum deposits**; keep an eye out for **one of the sides of the mountain** where the entrance to the Troll's cave is located. To enter, you'll need to jump into this opening, ideally using **a mount**. While it may seem tricky at first, once you've done it, returning to the cave will become routine. Hill Troll – Strategy, Loot, and Quest

Although the Hill Troll appears menacing, it's actually **one of the more manageable mini-bosses** in *Rune Slayer*. You're likely to face it multiple times, so you'll quickly become accustomed to its attack patterns. **Do not attempt to fight the Hill Troll alone**; its attacks, while slow and powerful, are predictable and dodgeable. Team up with at least one other player, as many enjoy farming this Troll. After defeating it, you'll only have to wait **90 seconds** for it to respawn.

The Hill Troll wields a giant pillar, and its attacks can be parried and blocked, with the exception of when it raises the pillar overhead with both hands. In that case, you should run to avoid being stunned. If you're playing as a **Warrior Class**, a well-timed Counter can often stun the Troll. While the Troll can drop extremely rare equipment, focus on farming **Troll Hides and Troll Heads**. Troll Hides are crucial for **crafting decent endgame equipment**, which, while not the best, will help you prepare for tougher challenges like the Mother Spider.
