Funcom has unveiled an exciting new trailer for Dune: Awakening, their highly anticipated multiplayer survival game set in the iconic "Dune" universe crafted by Frank Herbert. The trailer highlights the vast deserts of Arrakis, showcasing the challenges and opportunities players will encounter in this thrilling environment.
In Dune: Awakening, exploration is at the heart of survival. Players must traverse the dangerous dunes to collect vital resources needed for crafting shelters and vehicles, including combat-ready ornithopters. To streamline resource gathering, players can employ a scanner, while placing probes on high ground will uncover key points of interest on the map.
These points of interest include everything from crashed spacecraft to abandoned outposts. The early access launch of Dune: Awakening is scheduled for May 20, exclusively for PC players. Console versions for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S will be available following the full release.
