Clash Royale players have finally received a substantial upgrade for the Inferno Dragon. After nearly ten years without an Evolution version, this fiery Legendary card now boasts powerful enhancements. To mark this milestone, Supercell partnered with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a unique reveal event.

Nine years after its debut, the Inferno Dragon stars in a new Clash Royale cinematic trailer. Watch Ismo Leikola transform into the dragon's eccentric talent agent, negotiating for stardom in Hollywood.

The fiery creature playfully abandons its arena battles, chasing fame and fortune in Tinseltown instead.

The Inferno Dragon Evolution fundamentally changes its in-game behavior. Unlike the original version that reset damage when switching targets, this upgraded form maintains its increasing damage output for greater battlefield impact.

New Season Ignites With Inferno Dragon Evolution

Dubbed "How to Evolve Your Dragon!", the latest season introduces the Inferno Dragon Evolution alongside the return of 2v2 League battles. Team up with friends or random partners to climb the competitive ladder.

Milestone Events starting from Arena 7 offer exciting rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetic items.

Crown Chase #1 brings a Battle Banner with decorative frame plus an Epic Book of Cards, while Crown Chase #2 follows with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.

To showcase the new Evolution cards, developers have scheduled multiple special Game Modes and Challenges running from June through early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft occurs June 2-9, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge June 6-9 offering a Battle Banner and special Emote.

Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) allows decks with up to 4 Evolution Cards, while Magical Trio (June 16-23) and 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30) follow. Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) pushes limits further by permitting 8 Evolution Cards per deck.
