Elon Musk Endorses Path of Exile 2's Major Update and Name Change Feature

The creators of Path of Exile 2 have rolled out an important update, version 0.1.1c, showcasing their commitment to enhancing the gaming experience. In this update, the developers have addressed several bugs and introduced new features to improve gameplay and user interaction.

Among the fixes, a notable one is the resolution of a bug that could result in players losing access to the Cartwalker Machine during character transfers from solo leagues. In local cooperative mode, multiple issues have been tackled, such as the glitch that allowed player 2 to unlock UI items belonging to player 1, including high-level maps. Additionally, another bug fix in local co-op ensures that player 2 can now move swiftly between control points without hindrance.

For those tackling challenging areas, the update adds up to five revival attempts in the Distorted Possessions area, the battle against Olroth, the Source of the Fall, and the Essence of Nonexistence realm, with the number of attempts scaling with difficulty. A special feature in The Mists ensures that if you die before defeating the Host, you'll be revived in the boss battle arena, allowing you to restart the fight.
