In a recent blog post, Netflix detailed the cast, confirming Millie Bobby Brown as the young detective Enola Holmes and Henry Cavill as her iconic older brother, Sherlock Holmes. The upcoming film is set in the picturesque island of Malta, where Enola will embark on solving another intriguing mystery. While fans eagerly await the next installment, no specific release date has been announced yet.

Netflix's official description teases the plot: "Even on holiday, mystery follows Enola Holmes, and you’re invited along for the ride. That’s right: Millie Bobby Brown is back as Sherlock Holmes’ equally brilliant younger sister in Enola Holmes 3, now in production in the UK. The latest installment in the adventures of the young detective sees her tackling another mystery, this time on the island nation of Malta. You’ll have to wait and see what brings her there — but once she’s arrived, Enola is flung into a nest of vipers. The film is being directed by Philip Barantini, known for his work on the acclaimed one-take crime drama Adolescence. The screenplay is penned by Jack Thorne, who also wrote the scripts for Enola Holmes and Enola Holmes 2, based on the series The Enola Holmes Mysteries by Nancy Springer.
