According to Aaron Moten, who portrays the Brotherhood of Steel hopeful Maximus in the Fallout TV series, the show is planned to run for 5 to 6 seasons. Speaking at Comic Con Liverpool, Moten revealed that when he signed on for the series, the showrunners provided him with both a starting point and an endpoint, which has remained unchanged. He emphasized that the development of the characters would be a slow and deliberate process.
The success of the show reaching its planned endpoint will hinge on several factors, primarily its ongoing popularity. Given the explosive reception to Season 1 and the significant interest in Season 2, Fallout appears to have a strong chance of continuing through to the end. Filming for Season 2 has recently wrapped, as celebrated by Walton Goggins, who plays The Ghoul, and Ella Purnell, who portrays Lucy, on social media.
