Genshin Impact: How To Collect The Burning Firestones (The Flowing Primal Flame Quest)

This guide details how to obtain the four Burning Firestones in Genshin Impact's "The Other Side of the Sky" quest. After aiding Bona in purifying the Chu'ulel Light Core, players must locate and offer Burning Firestones to the Altar of Primal of Flame to progress. This unlocks access to Tonatiuh, a floating island above Ochkanatlan.

Obtaining the Burning Firestones:

Burning Firestone #1:

1. Reach Tonatiuh.
2. Complete the cutscene with Bona; the Little One will retrieve the first Firestone.
3. Follow the Little One across the raised bridge (activate the lift mechanism).
4. Interact with the Saurian and Bona.
5. Complete the subsequent cutscene.

Burning Firestone #2:

1. Rotate the eastern and western floating island mechanisms.
2. Cross the extended bridge eastward.
3. Raise the lift.
4. Follow the Little One to the second Firestone.
5. Collect a Common Chest en route.
6. Activate the mechanism near the Firestone.
7. Climb the spawned platforms to the upper level.
8. Defeat the enemy and collect an Exquisite Chest.
9. Activate the mechanism to open the gate.
10. Descend to the Saurian.
11. Open the locked door.
12. Tell the Little One, "Let's return to the altar!"
13. Return to the Altar of Primal of Flame.

Burning Firestone #3:

1. Rotate the eastern and northern floating island mechanisms.
2. Cross the bridge to the lower level of the northern island.
3. Follow the Little One.
4. Observe the Secret Source Sentinel carry the third Firestone to the southwestern island.
5. Proceed to the northwestern edge.
6. Transform into a Qucusaurus.
7. Fly to the Pyroculus.
8. Activate the mechanism within the tower.
9. Transform into a Qucusaurus and fly to the unlocked door.
10. Use the elevator to return to the upper level.
11. Interact with the Saurian and follow it.
12. Activate the lift.
13. Return to the Altar of Primal of Flame.

Burning Firestone #4:

1. Cross the northwestern bridge.
2. Ask Bona to adjust the bridge's angle.
3. Glide to the upper level of the northern island.
4. Lower the lift.
5. Follow the Little One.
6. Tell it, "Let's return to the altar!"
7. Defeat the spawned enemies.
8. Tell the Saurian to return to the altar.
9. Collect a Precious Chest.
10. Return to the Altar of Primal of Flame.
