Genshin Impact Version 6.0: Unveiling Nasha Town and Nod-Krai
Recent leaks from Genshin Impact's beta servers suggest the locations of Nasha Town and Nod-Krai, both anticipated for Version 6.0. With Natlan's storyline nearing completion, development has shifted focus to Snezhnaya, the Cryo Nation ruled by the Tsaritsa. Snezhnaya's immense size, exceeding even Sumeru and Liyue, necessitates a regional division, with expansion planned across multiple updates.
Initial leaks hinted at Nod-Krai as a separate region in Version 6.0. However, recent datamining confirms its placement as an autonomous province within Snezhnaya, acting as a crucial trade hub connecting the nation to the rest of Teyvat. Liben's statements place Nod-Krai in Snezhnaya's southernmost area, suggesting access via Fontaine or Natlan.
Leakflow, Extra, and footage from The_Strifemaster reveal a placeholder landmass in the Version 5.4 beta, situated beneath Fontaine's western waterfalls. This landmass intriguingly connects to Mont Esus, a previously rumored Fontaine expansion. While not confirming Mont Esus's release timeframe, this connection strongly suggests a path leading to Nasha Town and Nod-Krai.
Genshin Impact: Exploring Nod-Krai
Nod-Krai functions as both a region and a city on Snezhnaya's southern border. Despite the Voynich Guild's attempts at maintaining order, it's known for its lawless nature. A significant Fatui stronghold, led by the popular Harbinger Dottore, operates within Nod-Krai. Nasha Town is a key settlement within this province, and its inhabitants reportedly possess power predating Teyvat's seven Elements.
Dividing Snezhnaya might prove controversial, but its sheer scale necessitates a phased rollout. Completing such a vast region within a single year presents significant narrative and developmental challenges. Following Natlan's Archon Quest conclusion in Version 5.3, subsequent updates will gradually introduce Snezhnaya. While Capitano's fate remains unclear, Natlan will introduce Skirk, a playable character linked to Khaenri'ah's Five Sinners. Barring unforeseen delays, Version 6.0 is slated for a September 10, 2025 release.
