Goat Simulator’s latest showcase, Goat Direct, may not have delivered the usual wave of absurdity fans have come to expect, but it certainly made up for it with a slew of exciting announcements. While the event leaned more into merch and upcoming games than prank-filled antics, one reveal stood out: the *Multiverse of Nonsense* expansion pack is coming to mobile for *Goat Simulator 3*. Although an exact release date hasn’t been announced yet, Coffee Stain North promises more details will arrive soon.
As the name suggests, *Multiverse of Nonsense* sends your goat hopping through alternate realities packed with bizarre twists. Imagine exploring a cartoon-styled town, a metropolis overrun by goats, or even a mythical mountain peak—each world bringing its own brand of chaos and customization options.
A Special Free Update for April Fools’ Day
In addition to the expansion news, Coffee Stain North rolled out a free update in celebration of April Fools’ Day and the game’s 10th anniversary. This content drop includes 27 new cosmetic items, two fresh events set in San Angora, and a bonus goat skin modeled after Pilgor—the adorable plushie scheduled for release later this year.
Merch Galore and More Games
Beyond gameplay updates, Goat Direct also served as a platform for new merchandise reveals. From cuddly goat plushies to the CRKD controller line, fans now have plenty of ways to show off their love for the franchise beyond just playing the game. The developers also teased a brand-new card game, hinting at future expansions beyond the digital pasture of *Goat Simulator 3*.
Considering how much wild content the series already features, it makes sense that the developers chose subtlety over slapstick this time around. No need to fake features when there’s so much real goat-based goodness on the way.
