Guns of Glory: Guide to Winning Gold, Loot & Power in Recurring Events

Author : Olivia Update:May 14,2025

Dive into the dynamic world of *Guns of Glory*, a strategy game where building your empire, training your army, and battling foes is the name of the game. To boost your empire's might and snag some fantastic rewards, you'll want to take full advantage of the game's recurring events. These events cycle regularly, offering you golden opportunities to score gold, speed-ups, and rare treasures like Glory Banners. Whether you're a rookie or a seasoned vet, mastering these events can significantly enhance your gameplay.

The Gold Event: Your Weekly Power-Up

The Gold Event is your ticket to a weekly power boost, occurring every two weeks in your kingdom. This event unfolds over five stages, each lasting a day, except for the final stage, which stretches to three days. The sequence is always the same: Gathering, Upgrading, Astrologer, Troop Training, and Kill. Earn points by completing each day's tasks, and reaching milestones will reward you, with gold being the highlight at tier three. As your castle level increases, so do your gold rewards, but remember, the required points scale up as well. The top 100 players in each stage and overall score extra goodies like speed-ups and crafting materials.

Gathering (Day 1): Dispatch your troops to resource tiles to collect food, wood, iron, and silver. Begin this process before the event starts to maximize your haul. Equip gathering gear and maximize troop loads with alliance buildings for bonus points.

Upgrade (Day 2): Focus on boosting your buildings or research. Kick off significant upgrades like your castle so they complete just as the stage begins, then use speed-ups to tackle more. Ensure you have ample resources beforehand to keep the momentum going.

Astrologer (Day 3): Take a spin on the Zodiac Wheel. Save up beast spins from daily rewards—each spin nets you 200 points. Flip three cards upon winning for the best score; while the loot is good, it's the gold that's the real prize.

Troop Training (Day 4): Get your soldiers ready for battle. Start training a large army the day before so it finishes during the stage, then use training speed-ups to continue the process.

Kill (Days 5-7): Engage in combat with beasts, Guards, or other players. During the Kill Event, attack tiles but protect yourself by 'bubbling up' afterward to stay safe.

Preparation is crucial—gather speed-ups and resources a few days before the event kicks off. Keep an eye on the Event Center to monitor your rank and adjust your strategy accordingly.

Darklands: Alliance vs. Alliance

The Darklands event, eagerly awaited by many, occurs every few weeks and pits your alliance against another in a thrilling battle for points. Seize control of buildings and win fights to rack up points. Unlike Kingdom vs. Kingdom, the Darklands are less risky; your troops heal rather than perish, so feel free to go all out. Exchange your points at the shop for resources or gear materials. Rally your forces frequently, hold strategic locations, and deploy high-damage heroes. Success in the Darklands hinges on teamwork, so communicate and coordinate with your alliance to secure victory.

Conclusion

From the resource rush of the Gold Event to the epic Kingdom vs. Kingdom battles, the Underworld Challenge's alliance rewards, and the strategic thrill of the Darklands, the recurring events in *Guns of Glory* are your stepping stones to a formidable empire. They provide gold, speed-ups, and rare items like Glory Banners, offering you a chance at greatness with each cycle. With strategic planning, effective alliance teamwork, and a dash of determination, you can leverage these events to steadily grow your power. Engage fully, play smartly, and watch your musketeer kingdom rise to new heights.
