Halloween is making its eerie entrance into Pokémon Sleep, transforming Greengrass Isle into a spooky paradise starting October 28th at 4:00 am. Brace yourself for a hauntingly good time with double candies and a slew of exciting additions. Keep reading to uncover all the thrilling details.
The Pokémon Sleep Halloween Event Runs Until November 4th
During this spine-chilling Halloween event in Pokémon Sleep, you'll have the chance to encounter Ghost-type Pokémon lurking around Greengrass Isle. Keep your eyes peeled for Gengar, Drifblim, and Skeledirge, as these ghostly apparitions are more likely to appear than ever before.
Every time one of these spectral assistants delivers ingredients, they'll generously offer an extra one, and their primary skills will receive a 1.5x boost. Even Snorlax on Greengrass Isle is getting into the Halloween spirit, developing a newfound love for Bluk Berries, which are a favorite among Ghost-type Pokémon.
The highlight of the Pokémon Sleep Halloween event is the debut of Mimikyu and Pikachu donning an adorable purple hat. From October 28th at 3:00 pm, you can encounter Mimikyu on Greengrass Isle and at the Old Gold Power Plant.
Mimikyu, with its Dozing sleep type, boasts the Disguise (Berry Burst) skill, which is all about hoarding Berries. It collects a set number of Berries plus a few extras gathered by your other team members. If you're fortunate enough to achieve a Great Success, you'll be rewarded with an abundance of Berries.
Halloween Pikachu returns, sporting a new purple hat. To aid in your search for this festive Pikachu, you can utilize Pikachu (Halloween) Incense, which you can earn by completing limited-time missions. There's also a chance you might encounter last year's Halloween Pikachu during your sleep research sessions.
Mark your calendar for October 31st and November 3rd, as these days offer triple the usual amount of candies for the first sleep research of the day. To make the most of these event bonuses, remember that they are only valid within the event area and apply solely to sleep data recorded during the event period.
