The game was first revealed during the 2025 Summer Game Fest, offering players a deeply immersive experience within a fortress overtaken by a mysterious force. ILL showcases grotesque enemy designs, a realistic dismemberment system, and advanced physics to heighten fear and suspense. While no official release date has been set, the game promises to redefine the limits of the horror genre.
