KOF AFK Soft Launches in Canada, Thailand for Mobile

The King of Fighters AFK is now available for early access in Thailand and Canada! Fans in these regions can download the game immediately from the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store. Early access players are guaranteed to recruit Mature from the Orochi Clan.

While King of Fighters Allstar is no longer active, this new mobile title offers a retro RPG twist on the classic fighting game franchise. NetMarble confirms that player progress from early access will carry over to the full release.

King of Fighters AFK brings beloved characters to mobile in a 5v5 battle system. Build your team and strategize formations for retro-style action.

ytRugal is Off-Limits

The game faces competition for players' attention. Unlike King of Fighters Allstar, which featured notable crossovers (like WWE), KoF AFK ventures further from the original series' genre.

The Neo-Geo Pocket-inspired sprites and the guaranteed Mature recruitment (for early access players) may attract some fans. However, the game's different style might deter those previously disappointed by other mobile KoF titles. Hopefully, KoF AFK will deliver enjoyable, casual gameplay.
