NetEase Confirms Mobile Version of DBD to Cease Operations

NetEase's popular mobile horror game, Dead by Daylight Mobile, is officially shutting down. After four years, this 4v1 survival game, a mobile adaptation of Behaviour Interactive's hit title, will cease operations. While the PC and console versions remain unaffected, the mobile version's final day is March 20th, 2025.

Dead by Daylight Mobile pitted Killers against Survivors in a thrilling game of cat and mouse. Players could choose to stalk and sacrifice Survivors as a Killer, or work together to evade capture as a Survivor.

Dead by Daylight Mobile's End of Service (EOS) Date:

The game will be removed from app stores on January 16th, 2025. Existing players can continue playing until the official shutdown on March 20th, 2025. NetEase will provide details on the refund process for in-app purchases on January 16th, 2025, adhering to regional regulations.

For players wishing to continue their Dead by Daylight experience, the PC and console versions offer a welcome package, and loyalty rewards are available for those transferring their progress from the mobile game.
