Get ready, puzzle enthusiasts! Aarik and the Ruined Kingdom is making its way to mobile devices soon. Developed by Shatterproof Games, this perspective puzzle game is now open for pre-registration on Android and is slated for release on January 25th, 2025. This follows its initial launch on Steam by seven months, promising to bring its delightful puzzle adventure to a broader audience.
It’s a Delightful Puzzle Adventure
In Aarik and the Ruined Kingdom, you take on the role of Aarik, an adorable prince facing a monumental challenge. His kingdom lies in ruins, and his father is trapped in a magical slumber. Armed with intelligence and a mystical crown, Aarik must restore his realm to its former glory, not through combat or magic, but through the power of puzzles.
The game challenges players to shift perspectives to repair broken paths, restore ancient ruins, and prevent the kingdom from further deterioration. With over 90 puzzles spread across 35 levels, players will manipulate the world around Aarik, spinning, dragging, and twisting to align everything perfectly.
As you progress, Aarik's crown gains new abilities such as time reversal and the revelation of hidden paths. You'll also encounter friendly creatures who assist along the journey. To see the game in action, check out the official release trailer below:
