How to Unlock the Trial of the Sekhemas in Path of Exile 2

To access this activity, defeat Balbala the Traitor, located in Traitor's Passage during Act 2. Balbala is a formidable opponent early on, but defeating her yields Balbala's Barya, crucial for initiating the Trial.

After defeating Balbala, travel to the Trial of the Sekhemas location (accessible via the Ardura's travel map or Waypoint). Balbala will act as your guide. Place Balbala's Barya on the Relic Altar to begin.
