Pokémon GO is gearing up for its journey toward the global GO Fest 2025 with exciting new content. Three themed events are rolling out, featuring the return of legendary Titans and special Gigantamax Pokémon appearances.
What Events Can You Expect in Pokémon GO Global Go Fest 2025?
The celebration kicks off with the Serene Retreat event running from May 30 to June 3, 2025. During this peaceful gathering, trainers can encounter Pokémon including Chansey, Marill, Furfrou, Cutiefly, Morelull, Komala, and Hatenna. Lucky players might even discover rare shiny variants of Snorlax or Chimecho.
Making its Pokémon GO debut, Gigantamax Rillaboom will appear in six-star Max Battles from May 31 through June 1, 2025 – a first for the mobile game. Meanwhile, the main Pokémon GO Fest 2025 Global event takes place on June 28-29, offering worldwide participation free for all players.
Ticket holders for Pokémon GO Fest 2025 Global gain exclusive benefits, including the first worldwide encounter with the Mythical Pokémon Volcanion, previously available only at specific regional events.
Ancient Titans Return in Major Pre-Fest Event
The Ancients Recovered event from June 23-27, 2025 brings back the formidable Legendary Titans and their elemental counterparts. Each day features rotating five-star raid bosses with special Raid Hours from 6-7 PM local time:
- June 23: Regirock, Regice, Registeel
- June 24: Regieleki
- June 25: Regidrago
- June 26: Regigigas
- June 27: All Titans return for final event day
Legendaries caught during the event know powerful exclusive moves: Regirock (Earthquake), Regice (Thunder), Registeel (Zap Cannon), Regieleki (Thunder Cage), while Regidrago masters both Dragon Breath and Dragon Energy. The mighty Regigigas comes equipped with its signature Crush Grip attack.
Six-star Max Battles will feature returning Gigantamax Rillaboom alongside newcomers Gigantamax Cinderace and Inteleon. Download the game now from the Google Play Store to prepare for these epic encounters.
