Although currently unobtainable, investigating the "Related Cards" section (accessible by clicking cards like Red Card (006) or Pokedex (004)) reveals a preview. It's an alternate-art Pokedex featuring Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle.
The card's information confirms its unowned status and indicates it will be "obtained from a campaign," similar to the New Year 2025 Pikachu (Promo 026). This differs from cards acquired through missions or Wonder Pick events, suggesting a promotional giveaway.
The exact timing and method of obtaining Pokemon TCG Pocket Promo Card 008 remain undisclosed. For players bothered by the empty slot, the option to hide unowned cards can be temporarily disabled in the game's settings.
