Pre-registration for Ragnarok M: Classic Global is now officially open for mobile players through Gravity Interactive. While the game has been live in Southeast Asia since mid-April, this marks its first opportunity for adventurers in North America and Europe to experience the upcoming Closed Beta Test.
What’s the game like?
Ragnarok M: Classic Global is built on principles of simplicity and fairness. It removes daily and weekly paid packs entirely, does away with gacha mechanics, and avoids microtransactions—a significant promise from the developers.
Everyone receives a free monthly premium pass, granting benefits like boosted EXP rates, improved item drop chances, and an offline battle feature that allows your character to grow even when you’re not actively playing.
A core feature is its Zeny-only economy—Zeny being the classic in-game currency for Ragnarok veterans and newcomers alike. All items, from top-tier gear to rare MVP cards, can be acquired and traded using Zeny.
The game launches with six classic job classes, each upgradeable to Tier 3. Once unlocked, you can switch between these jobs at will, offering a flexible and balanced approach to tackling both PvE content and PvP battles.
A deep card crafting system lets you hunt monsters, minis, and MVPs to gather materials and craft powerful cards on a weekly basis. Equipment refinement is also straightforward, with a guaranteed 100% success rate all the way to +15.

Team-based instances challenge groups to defeat powerful bosses for substantial rewards, while guilds provide a framework for taking on larger-scale cooperative challenges.
