RuneScape: Elidinis Gate Opens, Terrifying Skilling Boss Emerges

RuneScape's newest challenge, the Gate of Elidinis, has arrived! This thrilling story quest introduces a challenging skilling boss fight. Your mission: restore the corrupted statue of Elidinis, a once-sacred relic now threatened by Amascut's influence.

This quest continues the fight against Amascut's corruption, building upon the events of 'Ode of the Devourer.' Expect familiar themes with exciting new gameplay mechanics.

Confronting the Corrupted Gate

The Gate of Elidinis, once a sacred passage for the departed, is now tainted by Amascut's dark magic. Lost souls wander this corrupted space, ensnared by Amascut's evil.

You'll face the Gate of Elidinis boss, solo or with up to nine players. Preparation is key! You'll need to mine Moonstone and craft Spiritual Barriers to combat the corruption.

Strong Mining, Crafting, Divination, and Agility skills are crucial for cleansing the statue fragments and repelling Amascut's power. Check out the official update announcement below!

Completing the Gate of Elidinis offers substantial rewards. Earn new skilling and combat equipment, including the Runecrafting Off-Hand 'Runic Attunement' and the Divination Off-Hand 'Memory Locus'.

Other rewards include a new Combat Prayer, a fresh God Book, and a charming new boss pet, Edie. For even more loot, participate in the Gate of Elidinis Hunt event. Collect shards and complete tasks to unlock cosmetic overrides and temporary buffs with the help of the Priestesses of Elidinis.
