Back in the fall of 2022, we first got wind that Silent Hill f was in the works. Since then, information has been hard to come by, but that's all set to change this week. KONAMI is gearing up to host a special presentation focused solely on this intriguing project. Mark your calendars for March 13 at 3:00 PM PDT, as that's when the broadcast kicks off.
Just a quick reminder: Silent Hill f is set in 1960s Japan, and the narrative is being crafted by the acclaimed Japanese writer Ryukishi07. He's the mastermind behind the cult classic visual novels Higurashi no Naku Koro ni and Umineko no Naku Koro ni, so fans are in for a treat.
According to earlier statements from Konami, Silent Hill f promises to deliver a fresh perspective on the Silent Hill universe. It will fuse the series' signature psychological survival horror with rich elements of Japanese culture and folklore, creating a unique gaming experience.
While the recent Silent Hill 2 Remake was warmly welcomed by the community, dedicated fans of the franchise are eager for something completely new. Although the release date for Silent Hill f remains under wraps, we won't have to wait much longer for more updates. Stay tuned!
