Torchlight: Infinite Launches Outlaw Season

Author : Gabriella Update:Dec 05,2025

  • Torchlight: Infinite's Outlaw season casts you as a rebel fighting against a sinister megacorporation
  • It unveils a new Hero Trait: Rosa - Unsullied Blade
  • Major improvements have been applied to multiple game systems

Recently previewed at the humorously named TorchCon, Torchlight: Infinite's Outlaw season is now live, bringing substantial changes through a risk-versus-reward system and greater build diversity than ever. Plus, players can explore a fresh Hero Trait and seasonal mechanics.

Let's begin with the season's theme, which explains the "Outlaw" title. Throughout this season, you'll challenge the presumably corrupt Tower Co. This involves locating their transports, breaking into supply containers, and—as expected in a game—battling endless enemy waves.

Disrupting the corporation boosts your Crime Rating, unlocking Black Market Bounties and side missions with lucrative payouts. You can also exchange Tower Coins for a shot at raiding the Central Vault. Be warned: your actions may draw the ire of a formidable boss.

Criminal endeavors can yield rewards

Beyond corporate raids, the new season adds the Rosa – Unsullied Blade Hero Trait. Battle mage enthusiasts should take notice. This melee build scales with mana and uses the Realm of Mercury mechanic to combine single-target and area damage.

If that doesn't suit your style, the redesigned Focus Skills System might catch your interest. The Imbue system is now part of Focus Skills, allowing powerful attacks to charge through critical strikes or crowd control effects. With five distinct Focus Skills available, players have ample room for customization.

The Outlaw season could easily be called the Overhaul season, given the extensive updates. The Talent System has been refreshed with more core talents and fewer limitations, removing primary and secondary talent restrictions. This opens up unprecedented build freedom in Torchlight: Infinite.

Torchlight: Infinite is free-to-play with in-app purchases on the App Store and Google Play. If you haven't tried it yet, download the game for your preferred platform using the links below.
