During the "Breaking Through" quest, you'll find yourself in the oasis area just outside Agrabah. Here, you can fish in the multiple bubbles located in the small pool near the city entrance. Fishing in all these spots will not only yield quest items and rewards but also the Ancient Green Key. If you miss it during this quest, don't fret; you can still obtain the key at any time.

In the "Brave the Storm" quest, Aladdin enlists your help to gather building materials scattered around Agrabah. You'll need to craft Stall Repair Kits at the crafting station and repair three stalls to complete the quest. At this stage, Aladdin should drop the Ancient Red Key.
