War Strategy Launches Open Alpha Test

Marauder Tech Games has launched the open alpha test for its tactical medieval fantasy game, Price of Glory: War Strategy. This turn-based strategy game features head-to-head duels and intense strategic gameplay.

Game Overview:

The game unfolds in a harsh, visually stunning medieval world, encompassing diverse terrains from arid deserts to lush forests and fiery lava arenas. Each turn demands careful troop deployment, strategic positioning, and tactical decision-making to safeguard your stronghold and weaken your opponent's defenses.

Players choose from a variety of factions and unit types, including reconnaissance scouts to uncover hidden areas, powerful knights for direct assaults, and essential healers to maintain troop health. The asynchronous gameplay allows for deliberate planning within a 24-hour turn limit. For quicker matches, a five-minute blitz mode is available.

Price of Glory caters to all play styles:

• Skirmish Mode: Offers low-stakes practice matches for testing new strategies.
• Tournaments: Features single-elimination brackets and substantial prizes.
• Salt Tournaments: Free-to-play tournaments where players earn salt crystals through watching ads or completing simple tasks. These crystals can be used to enter cash tournaments for a chance to win real money.

Resource Management:

Animo is the primary resource for recruiting units, movement, attacks, and activating special abilities. The limited Animo per turn necessitates careful resource allocation, especially in player-versus-player encounters.

The open alpha test is currently live on the Google Play Store for Android users in North America and Oceania.
