The much-anticipated sequel, Wreckfest 2, was initially announced last summer, and now we've been treated to a fresh trailer along with a crucial piece of information—a release date! The game is set to hit Steam Early Access on March 20!
The new trailer, though just under a minute, brilliantly encapsulates the essence of Wreckfest 2. Players can look forward to diving into high-octane destruction derbies, piloting a variety of battered junkers. The game's damage system is receiving special focus, promising visually stunning crashes, dents, and flying debris. Moreover, the tracks will be strewn with old tires and other debris that dynamically react to the vehicular chaos.
During its early access phase, Wreckfest 2 is poised to grow and evolve through regular updates. Bugbear has committed to introducing new cars and exploring different types of vehicles over time.
