Zenless Zone Zero 2.0 Launch Next Month: Where Clouds Embrace the Dawn

Summer might be heating up, but so is the excitement for fans of Zenless Zone Zero. Not only is the game celebrating its first anniversary and launching on Xbox, but players can also look forward to the release of Version 2.0, Where Clouds Embrace the Dawn, set to arrive on June 6th.

This eagerly anticipated update introduces an entirely new district in New Eridu—the Waifei Peninsula. This area promises fresh adventures as you uncover its secrets, moving between the main city of Failume Heights and the mysterious Lemnian Hollow. The Peninsula's unique theming includes the chance to manage your own Suibian Temple. Here, you can dive into a new minigame that involves upgrading facilities, defeating Bangboos, completing commissions, and harvesting resources from the Hollows to earn in-game rewards.

To tackle the new challenges in Waifei Peninsula, you'll have new allies at your disposal. Leading the charge is Yixuan, the Grandmaster, an S-rank agent with a unique Adrenaline mechanic that allows her to bypass enemy defenses. Alongside Yixuan, you can recruit six other agents, including the formidable panda-like Pan Yinhu, each bringing their own set of skills to enhance your team.

Version 2.0 also brings significant quality-of-life improvements to enhance your experience in New Eridu. A new 3D map will make navigating the city easier, and new Fissure Beacons will allow you to restore HP, revive fallen agents, and quickly jump back into the action.
