This program is tailored to appreciate and encourage customer loyalty through a system of bonus points (Bonuses), exclusive discounts, and special offers, all crafted with the interests of our valued members in mind.

Our loyalty program operates under a set of rules designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all participants. A Participant in our program can be any adult or minor who has reached the age of 14 and is legally permitted to engage in minor household transactions. Participants must be registered in the program and possess an individual identification number as per the Republic of Kazakhstan's legislation.

To join the program, participants fill out a Participant Questionnaire (Questionnaire) during registration, providing personal details. By completing this, participants voluntarily consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated May 21, 2013, "On personal data and their protection." This consent allows for various methods of communication and data processing, including but not limited to email, instant messengers, SMS, telephone, and postal services, and the use of automation tools and electronic databases. This consent remains valid until it is withdrawn in writing by the participant.

The Virtual Card is a key component of our digital-first approach, an electronic card accessible through our Mobile Application, eliminating the need for a physical card. Our official website, located at https://www.royal-petrol.kz, serves as a comprehensive resource for all information related to the program.

Our Mobile Application, compatible with iOS and Android platforms, is developed and owned by Royal Petrol LLP, ensuring a seamless experience for users on their smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.

Bonus points (Bonuses) are the currency of our loyalty program, accrued when participants make purchases at Royal Petrol filling stations under the terms of the program. Each Bonus point is equivalent to 1 tenge, and these points can be redeemed exclusively for purchases within the Royal Petrol network.

The Bonus account of the Program Participant (Bonus account) keeps track of all accrued and withdrawn Bonuses, as well as the current balance, ensuring transparency and ease of use for our members.
