Ragnarok M: Eternal Love – Best Classes and Jobs Guide (2024) Ragnarok M: Eternal Love is a mobile MMORPG based on the iconic Ragnarok Online series. With a deep class progression system, diverse jobs, and a rich world to explore, choosing the right class and job path is crucial for success in PvE, PvP, and endgame content like Raids, Dailies, and Monster Tournaments. This guide will help you pick the best classes and jobs based on your playstyle, whether you're a tank, damage dealer, support, or solo player. 🔥 Best Overall Classes & Jobs (Tier List 2024) Tier Class Best For S+ Sorcerer (Job: Arcanist) High burst DPS, strong AoE, great for raids and solo content. S Swordsman (Job: Assassin / Knight) Versatile melee damage, strong in PvP and endgame. S Ranger (Job: Sniper / Beastmaster) Ranged DPS, excellent in long fights and duels. A Cleric (Job: Priest / Shaman) Top-tier healing and support, essential in raids. A Dark Knight (Job: Shadow Assassin / Slayer) Tanking and DPS hybrid, strong in dungeons. B Magician (Job: Elemental / Illusionist) Magic-based DPS, solid for solo and PvP. B Summoner (Job: Summoner / Beastmaster) Pet-based DPS, great for front-line damage. C Thief (Job: Shadow Assassin / Thief) High mobility, great for PvP and solo but weaker in raids. C Merchant (Job: Blacksmith / Alchemist) Support roles (crafting, buffs), not for combat-focused players. ✅ Note: "Job" refers to your final job class after progressing from your base class (e.g., Swordsman → Assassin). 🏆 Best Classes by Playstyle 1. Best DPS (Damage Per Second) Class Job Why It’s Great Sorcerer → Arcanist ✅ Highest single-target and AoE burst. Unmatched spell damage, great for raid bosses. Ranger → Sniper ✅ Long-range, deadly accuracy. Perfect for keeping distance and nuking. Swordsman → Assassin ✅ High crits, fast combo attacks. Excellent in PvP and dungeon clears. Magician → Illusionist ✅ Elemental spells, strong AoE. Consistent damage, good for solo grinding. 🔥 Top Pick: Arcanist (Sorcerer) – Best for raiding and endgame. 2. Best Tank (Frontline / Support) Class Job Why It’s Great Dark Knight → Slayer ✅ High defense and taunt. Survives long fights, controls enemies. Swordsman → Knight ✅ Tanking + healing. Great for small groups and dungeons. Cleric → Priest ✅ Heals and shields allies. Critical for raid survival. 🔥 Top Pick: Slayer (Dark Knight) – Best tank for raids and dungeons. 3. Best Healer & Support Class Job Why It’s Great Cleric → Priest ✅ Strong heals, resurrection, buffs. Essential for raid teams and group content. Cleric → Shaman ✅ Area healing and DOT (damage over time). Great for extended fights. 🔥 Top Pick: Priest (Cleric) – Non-negotiable in any raid team. 4. Best for PvP (Player vs Player) Class Job Why It’s Great Swordsman → Assassin ✅ Fast combos, high burst. Excels in duels and small team fights. Ranger → Sniper ✅ Long range, high accuracy. Hard to hit, great for kiting. Thief → Shadow Assassin ✅ High evasion, stealth. Great for ambushes and team fights. 🔥 Top Pick: Assassin (Swordsman) – Most popular and effective in PvP. 5. Best for Solo Grinding Class Job Why It’s Great Sorcerer → Arcanist ✅ Fast clears, strong AoE. Scales well in dungeons and world bosses. Ranger → Beastmaster ✅ Pet helps tank and deal damage. Great companion for solo grinding. Summoner → Summoner ✅ Summoned monsters do damage and tank. Self-sufficient, great for solo runs. 🔥 Top Pick: Arcanist (Sorcerer) – Best solo DPS. 🔄 Class Progression Path (Simplified) All classes follow a similar progression: Base Class → 20+ → Class 1 → 40+ → Class 2 → 60+ → Job Class (Final) Example (Sorcerer): Sorcerer → Wizard → Mage → Arcanist Tip: Use Class Change Scrolls and Job Change Scrolls to unlock advanced jobs. These are obtained via quests, events, or gacha (items). 🎯 Pro Tips for Choosing Your Class New Players: Start with Swordsman or Cleric – they’re balanced, easy to level, and useful in most content. Raid Players: Go for Arcanist (Sorcerer), Slayer (Dark Knight), or Priest (Cleric). PvP Enthusiasts: Assassin (Swordsman) or Sniper (Ranger) are top-tier. Support/Healers: Priest (Cleric) is mandatory for any serious raid team. Avoid over-optimizing early: Don’t rush to a final job. Focus on leveling and gear first. 🛠️ Important Notes Job Change is Permanent – Once you change to a final job, you cannot revert (though some events may allow reversion). Equipment Matters More Than Class – Even the best class can fail with poor gear. Prioritize upgrading weapons and armor. Use the Right Skills: Learn skill combos and timing. Many classes have strong AoE or crowd control (CC) moves. ✅ Final Verdict: Best Overall Class 🔥 Arcanist (Sorcerer) – The ultimate all-rounder: top DPS, strong in solo, raid, and PvP. The most sought-after job in 2024. 📌 Summary Goal Recommended Job Best DPS Arcanist (Sorcerer) Best Tank Slayer (Dark Knight) Best Healer Priest (Cleric) Best PvP Assassin (Swordsman) Best Solo Arcanist or Beastmaster (Ranger) Best Support Shaman (Cleric) 🎯 Pro Tip: Always check the current meta via official forums, Discord servers, and community guides.
