Want to avoid walking straight into a rainstorm? Check our rain radar and rain graph before you step out, ensuring you never get drenched!

The Buienradar app kicks off with either a 3-hour or a 24-hour rain radar forecast. The rain radar image will show you if it's going to rain in the upcoming hours or even the next day. Below the radar, you'll find the rain graph, which details precisely when it will rain and the expected rainfall amount in millimeters. For a more detailed view of your city or town, simply tap the magnifying glass icon to zoom in.

The Buienradar app is available for your Android phone and tablet. With the handy widget featuring the rain graph, you can check for expected rain without even opening the app!

Exciting news—the Buienradar Wear OS app is back! Use it to view the rain radar, rain graph, and the forecast for the coming hour. We're planning to add more features in the coming months. Note that the Buienradar Watch App is exclusively available in the Google Play Store and supports only wearables running on Android Wear OS.

Find personalized weather info in the "Komende uren in" (Next 8 hours weather prediction) table for your favorite location, even abroad. This includes hour-to-hour predictions for temperature, feeling temperature, rainfall in millimeters per hour, the chance of rain, and wind force in Beaufort.

Beyond thunderstorm, snow, sun, wind, and temperature maps, we also provide data on wind chill, ground temperature, sun intensity, air pressure, gusts, visibility, and humidity, along with the exact times of sunrise and sunset for your location.

We offer seasonal radar maps. In the summer, our pollen and mosquito radars notify you when it's time to hang your mosquito net. In winter, our snow radar keeps you informed about winter precipitation, and our ground temperature map alerts you to night frost.

The "14-daagse" tab (14-day forecast) provides a graph of the weather forecast for the next 14 days. Click on the "Lijst" tab for a detailed list view, offering an hourly forecast for the next 7 days and a daily average for the second week.

In the "Meldingen" tab, you can set up your own rain alert (free push notification) tailored to your daily schedule and favorite locations, ensuring you're never caught off guard by rain or storms.

If you prefer an ad-free experience, we offer the Buienradar Premium plan for €4.99. You can easily find this in "Instellingen" (Settings) and then select "Neem Buienradar Premium" (Get Buienradar Premium).
