GPS Tracking Status App for Drivers

This app is designed for drivers to efficiently manage and share their work information alongside the company's Web Console, enhancing the accuracy and completeness of work-related data. The app includes the following key features:

1. Travel Itinerary Menu (TMS)

   The TMS menu is dedicated to managing travel plans for product delivery as assigned by employees. It allows drivers to view their current location via GPS devices or the Mobile Tracker menu, as well as the locations where products need to be delivered. It also provides updates on delivery statuses.

2. Maintenance Menu

   This menu is used for recording vehicle maintenance activities. It stores data and generates reports that can be accessed via the Web Console. The maintenance menu is divided into the following categories:

   • Refueling
   • Maintenance/Service
   • Vehicle condition checks
   • Repair items

3. Mobile Tracker Menu

   The Mobile Tracker menu enables the tracking of a driver's location using a mobile device, serving as an alternative to traditional GPS devices. When tracking is enabled, GPS location data is sent and stored within the system. Users can disable data transmission as needed. This feature integrates with other menus such as the travel plan (TMS) and vehicle tracking menus, allowing for data summaries and reports to be viewed through the Web Console. The Mobile Tracker menu requires additional permissions for the following:

   • Continuous access to location to retrieve GPS data without needing to open the app, enhancing usability.

   • Access to physical activity data (ACTIVITY RECOGNITION) to manage GPS data efficiently and conserve battery life. The system operates in various modes based on activity:

     1. Still: Requests GPS data every 1 minute; in Power Save Mode, it requests every 5 minutes.
     2. Working: When walking, requests GPS data every 1 minute.
     3. In Vehicle: Sends GPS data every second for precise distance and speed calculations, but normally sends data every 1 minute.

     Power Save Mode activates after being still for over 5 minutes and deactivates upon detecting working or in-vehicle activity.

4. Vehicle Tracking Menu

   This menu displays real-time location data from GPS or Mobile Tracker devices and various work statuses. It also allows access to historical data in different formats, including:

   • Device information
   • Notification settings
   • Daily travel summary data
   • GPS movement data at specified intervals
   • Additional information from other installed equipment like MDVR and TPMS (if available)

Additionally, policies regarding data collection and usage can be found in the user account menu, which includes:

• Terms and conditions of use
• Personal information protection policy
• Cookie policy
