KEBA eMobility App

Take control of your charging experience with the KEBA eMobility App, designed specifically for users of the KeContact P30 and P40 series (including P40, P30 x-series, company car wallbox, PV EDITION, and P30 c-series). With this app, you can seamlessly communicate, manage, and configure your charging station, ensuring you have complete control over your KEBA wallbox.

Here's what the KEBA eMobility App offers:

• Remote Access: Stay connected to your wallbox from anywhere. Note that communication with the KeContact P30 c-series is limited to the local network.
• Status Updates: Monitor the current status of your wallbox—whether it's charging, ready to charge, offline, or experiencing an error.
• Charging Control: Start and stop your charging process with a single click, giving you full command over your vehicle's charging session.
• Power Management: Set the maximum charging power to control your vehicle's power consumption and charging time effectively.
• Real-Time Data: Access detailed, real-time data on your current charging session, including time, energy, power, and amperage, and review past sessions in the history section.
• Energy Statistics: View comprehensive data on your previous energy consumption in the statistics area.
• Setup Assistance: The app's setup guide helps you ensure your wallbox meets the necessary requirements and guides you through the initial connection and setup process.
• Installer Mode: For the P40 Wallbox, step-by-step configuration and setup assistance is provided in installer mode.
• Automated Charging: Schedule charging processes to start and stop automatically at set times with predefined power profiles (available for P40, P30 x-series, company car wallboxes, and PV EDITION via the KEBA eMobility Portal).
• Software Updates: Keep your wallbox up to date with the latest software through automatic updates (not available for KeContact P30 c-series models in stand-alone operation).
• x-Series Features: If you're using an x-series model, enjoy all the configurations you're familiar with from the web interface directly within the app.

The KEBA eMobility App is compatible with the following wallboxes: KeContact P40, P40 Pro, P30 x-series, company car wallbox, PV EDITION, and KeContact P30 c-series (no firmware update required for c-series).

Please note that charging stations managed by Charge Point Operators might not be compatible with the app, especially if you lack access to the web-interface password or serial number.

When connected to a KeContact P30 c-series, some app functions may be limited compared to the x-series. For a detailed comparison, visit www.keba.com/emobility-app.

Important for Electrical Installers:

• DIP switch settings on the P30 wallbox must be manually adjusted.
• Configurations familiar from the P30 web interface can also be managed through the app.
• For the KeContact P30 c-series, activate full UDP communication functionality by adjusting the DIP switch settings as outlined in the setup guide.
• Basic settings for the KeContact P40 can be configured via the KEBA eMobility App or directly on the device.
