Kemco's Alphadia III JRPG Launches on Mobile

Author : Mila Update:Nov 16,2025

  • Alphadia III is now available on Android and iOS
  • This prequel follows the journey of Alfonso, an Energi clone
  • Experience deep tactical combat and new mechanics introduced to the Alphadia series

For JRPG enthusiasts, publisher Kemco needs no introduction. Known for bringing various cult classics from Japan to a global audience, they consistently deliver fresh and engaging titles. Their latest release, Alphadia III, arrives just in time for your weekend gaming session.

If the name sounds familiar, you've likely already explored Alphadia I and II. Rather than continuing the storyline, Alphadia III serves as a prequel to the Energi War saga depicted in the previous installments. It follows Alfonso, an Energi clone, on his quest for freedom and self-discovery.

Alphadia III maintains the deep turn-based combat system from the original games, featuring SP Skills that can dramatically shift battle outcomes. The game introduces several new mechanics, including Arrays and Energi Crocks. Additionally, players will acquire their own ship, which can later be upgraded into a seaplane.

While SP Skills are commonplace in many RPGs like Dragon Quest, their implementation here adds new tactical dimensions to combat. The Energi Crock system allows players to recycle magical items into Energi, while Arrays provide expanded strategic options during battles.

While building upon the mechanics established in the first two games, Alphadia III takes a chronological step backward rather than forward—a narrative choice some fans might find surprising. However, this approach offers fresh perspective on the Energi War that has been central to the series' storyline. Combined with its appealing pixel-art visuals, the game delivers substantial content for players to explore.
