Featuring Expanded Gameplay and New Characters

Arknights: Endfield is set to launch another beta test in mid-January 2025, promising an enriched gameplay experience with expanded character options, as announced by Niche Gamer on December 25, 2024. Players will have the choice of Japanese, Korean, Chinese, or English for both voiceovers and text during this event.

Starting December 14, 2024, players can sign up for Arknights: Endfield’s upcoming beta test. Developer HYPERGRYPH has revealed that this event will introduce 15 playable characters, including two Endministrators, featuring "new models, animations, and special effects."

In response to player feedback, the combat and character progression systems have been refined. The new beta will introduce combo skills and a dodge mechanic, alongside adjustments to item usage and character progression for a more immersive experience.

The base building system is also receiving a major update with new mechanics and tutorial levels. Players can look forward to new defensive structures and the ability to build and expand factories in various locations via outposts. The beta will also feature a revamped storyline, new maps, and engaging puzzles.

The sign-up period is currently open, but the exact end date for recruitment and the start of the beta test are yet to be disclosed. GRYPHLINE, the game's publisher, will notify selected participants via email, which will also include an installation guide.

Arknights: Endfield’s Content Creator Program Vol. 1

Alongside the beta test announcement on December 14, 2024, Arknights: Endfield launched recruitment for the Content Creator Program Vol. 1. Selected creators will gain access to the game’s official creator community, enjoy various perks, and participate in exclusive events.

The program is divided into two categories: gameplay insights and fan creations. The former includes game reviews, lore discussions, and livestreams, while the latter focuses on memes, fan art, cosplays, and similar content.

Both categories share the same application requirements. Applicants must own the account they apply with, and all submitted content must be original and relevant. They must also provide links to their previous work for eligibility review.

GRYPHLINE has emphasized that meeting the requirements does not guarantee selection, as they reserve the right to make the final decision. The application period for this program runs from December 15, 2024, to December 29, 2024.
