Assassin's Creed Shadows: System Requirements Unveiled

Author : Evelyn Update:Apr 03,2025

Ubisoft has recently unveiled the system requirements for the much-anticipated PC version of Assassin's Creed Shadows and kicked off the pre-order phase. For those eager to crank up the game to its maximum settings, Ubisoft has packed in several cutting-edge features to enhance your gaming experience.

To ensure your system is up to the task, Ubisoft offers a built-in test tool for performance evaluation. The game also supports ultrawide formats, allowing for a more immersive visual experience. Players can take advantage of advanced scaling and frame generation technologies such as Intel XeSS 2, NVIDIA DLSS 3.7, and AMD FSR 3.1, which promise smoother gameplay and stunning visuals. Additionally, Assassin's Creed Shadows comes with advanced graphics settings, dynamic resolution, and HDR support, ensuring top-notch graphics quality. For those with multi-monitor setups, the game is compatible with AMD Eyefinity and NVIDIA Surround systems.

Pre-ordering Assassin's Creed Shadows grants you access to the exclusive Claws of Awaji add-on, set to release later. This DLC introduces a new open world with over 10 hours of additional content, including new skills, weapons, and equipment for the character Naohe.

Ubisoft has also launched Animus Hub, a new control center designed to streamline access to the Assassin's Creed franchise. Assassin's Creed Shadows will be released alongside this platform, which serves as a central hub for all games in the series. Through Animus Hub, players can easily launch titles like Assassin's Creed Origins, Odyssey, Valhalla, Mirage, and the upcoming Hexe. Moreover, Assassin's Creed Shadows will include unique missions called Anomalies, accessible directly from the Hub.

This approach mirrors strategies used by other major franchises like Call of Duty and Battlefield, enhancing the overall gaming ecosystem for fans of the Assassin's Creed series.
