Each prayer requires watching a video advertisement for its fulfillment. Results vary by topic; fertility leads to pregnancy, while "General" offers unpredictable outcomes (money, new friends, etc.). Praying for health can be particularly beneficial, potentially curing diseases, a crucial aspect of challenges like "Disco Inferno."

Alternatively, you can "curse" the developers instead of praying. This action introduces a negative consequence (losing a friend, contracting an illness), though occasionally, it yields positive results (e.g., receiving money).
