Black Ops 6 and Other New Games Confirmed for Gamescom 2024 Reveal

Gamescom 2024: New Game Announcements and Highly Anticipated Updates

Tune in to the Gamescom Opening Night Live (ONL) Livestream on August 20 at 11 a.m. PT / 2 p.m. ET

Geoff Keighley, host and producer of Gamescom Opening Night Live (ONL), has officially confirmed the unveiling of brand-new game announcements alongside fresh updates on previously announced titles and highly anticipated releases. The event, Gamescom's opening show, promises a significant lineup of reveals.

While Gamescom has already hinted at appearances from titles such as Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Monster Hunter Wilds, Civilization 7, MARVEL Rivals, Dune Awakening, and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, the show will also feature completely unannounced games. The Gamescom 2024 ONL livestream will begin on August 20th at 11 a.m. PT / 2 p.m. ET across official streaming platforms.

Confirmed highlights include the first gameplay showcase of Don't Nod's interactive adventure, Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, and a new trailer for Warhorse Studios' Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Furthermore, THQ Nordic will present a new game from Tarsier Studios, the creators of the acclaimed Little Nightmares series.

Call of Duty fans can expect a major treat: the first public playthrough of the Black Ops 6 campaign will be shown live. While Nintendo's absence has been noted, The Pokémon Company will be a prominent feature of the Gamescom lineup.
