Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Reveals New Zombies Map for Season 2

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6's Season 2 introduces "The Tomb," a new Zombies map launching January 28th. This map continues the narrative from "Citadelle des Morts," the Season 1 Reloaded addition.

The Tomb will be the fourth Zombies map in Black Ops 6, following Terminus Island and Liberty Falls. Treyarch describes The Tomb's structure as similar to Liberty Falls, promising a fresh Wonder Weapon drawing inspiration from previous entries in the franchise, along with new Easter Eggs. Returning playable characters include Weaver, Grey, Garver, and Maya. The setting is catacombs built atop ancient burial grounds.

Further details on The Tomb and Black Ops 6 Season 2 will be unveiled next week. However, Treyarch has offered teasers: expect nods to classic Zombies maps, enhanced Pack-a-Punch camos, and the return of a historically significant SMG.

The rapid release of new Zombies maps—one per season—raises questions about Treyarch's capacity, especially with rumored leadership on the 2025 Call of Duty title. Despite this, fans can anticipate continued Zombies content updates in the coming months.
