Initially, a three-week delay was implemented for the Dalaran Epilogue. As of January 7th, this restriction has been lifted. To unlock this campaign, complete both The War Within's leveling campaign and the Level 80 campaign (requiring Renown Four with all four Khaz Algar factions).
